Indian trademark lifecycle · advisory

Never miss a trademark deadline again.

TM Watch tracks IP India registry status, computes every statutory deadline with its legal basis, watches the Trade Marks Journal for conflicts, and drafts your filings — for brand owners and practitioners.

Advisory service · verify against the official Registry record · we never file, pay, or sign on your behalf.

Everything a mark needs, in one place

From filing to renewal — the full Indian trademark lifecycle, with the statutory clock always running in the background.

Registry status, synced

Pull the examination report, registration certificate, correspondence and every uploaded document straight from the IP India e-Register — one OTP fetches a mark, or your whole portfolio.

Statutory deadlines that hold

A rules engine computes every deadline with its statutory basis — the 4-month opposition window (s.21(1)), examination replies, renewals — adjusted for weekends and the Registry holiday calendar.

Journal conflict watch

Search the weekly Trade Marks Journal by word mark, applicant or application number, and scan your entire portfolio against an issue to catch anything advertised or cited against you.

Draft the reply, keep control

Generate a structured examination-report reply with the grounds and comparison table pre-filled — you review and file it yourself. TM Watch drafts; it never submits.

Portfolio & clients

Add marks one at a time or paste a bulk list; group them by client company across classes. Search, filter and watch — built for a single brand or a firm's whole book.

Alerts before it's too late

WhatsApp and email reminders on a clipped schedule as each deadline approaches — because the opposition window is not extendable and journal ingestion reliability outranks everything.

Not extendable

The 4-month opposition window won’t wait.

Under s.21(1) of the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the window to oppose an advertised mark cannot be extended. TM Watch dates it from the Journal advertisement, adjusts for holidays, and alerts you on a tightening schedule — so a missed diary entry never becomes a lost right.
