Why we built it
Indian trademark practice runs on unforgiving statutory clocks: a four-month opposition window that cannot be extended, examination replies, renewals, restoration and non-use vulnerability — each with its own basis in the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Rules, 2017. Missing one is not an inconvenience; it can be the loss of a right. Yet most of this is still tracked by hand.
TM Watch pulls status and documents from the IP India register, computes every deadline with its legal basis, watches the weekly Trade Marks Journal for conflicts, and drafts the paperwork — while leaving every filing decision to you. It is built for a solo practitioner with a growing docket and for a firm managing a whole book of clients.

The 4-month opposition window (s.21(1)) is not extendable. Journal ingestion and alert delivery reliability come before every feature — a missed diary entry must never become a lost right.
